Basic - Consultation + 10 hours support
Perfect for organisations looking to start their sustainability journey or refresh existing practices. Depending on the need, it could be used on one initiative or spread over two depending on the amount of work required. This package includes:
Initial Consultation: A 1-hour meeting to assess your needs and sustainability / impact goals.
Support Hours: You can use this time for one or two of the following:
An audit to identify areas for improvement, including a follow up report
2 x 1 hour coaching session to help integrate sustainability into your organisation including review of current comprehension and practices
2 hour in-person or online training session on sustainability fundamentals. Travel costs not included.
Intermediate - Consultation + 25 hours support
Ideal for those who are ready to expand their sustainability efforts and require a more comprehensive approach. Use these hours for a combination of a detailed audit, coaching sessions, and in-depth training for your team. This package includes:
Initial Consultation: A 1-hour meeting to assess your needs and sustainability / impact goals
Support Hours: You can use this time for two of the following:
A thorough audit of your current practices and recommendations including a follow up report
4 x 1 hour coaching sessions for your sustainability personnel, your team, or your executive including a review of current comprehension and practices
1 or 2 in-person or online training sessions (up to 3 hours each or a full day when combined) for your team aimed at intermediate level. Travel costs not included.
Guidance on integrating sustainability into specific areas of your operations
Advanced - Bespoke, up to 50 hours
Comprehensive support for organisations needing strategic guidance and project implementation, up to 50 hours. Hours can be flexibly allocated across each initiative or focused on a specific business need. This comprehensive package includes:
Initial Consultation: A 90min meeting to assess your needs and sustainability / impact goals
Support Hours: You can use this time for three of the following:
A thorough audit and assessment of your current practices and recommendations including a follow up report
1 or 2 in-person or online training sessions (up to 3 hours each or a full day when combined) for your team aimed at intermediate-advanced level. Travel costs not included.
5 x 1 hour coaching and advice for your sustainability personnel, your team, or your executive including a review of current comprehension and practices
Providing guidance and recommendations on a small sustainability project, such as creating a new sustainability plan or policy
Support to develop the key outline of a new sustainability strategy (or update an existing), and provide recommended steps for implementation (Up to 20 hours)
